The Iron Cross was in 1816 as one of the first monuments in
memory of the fallen soldiers of the Napoleonic Wars and the War of
Liberation was established and inaugurated on October 18, 1816. It
has the shape of the Prussian Order of Merit Iron Cross and
made of cheap iron to the difficult times behind the recall
population. The inscription reads: "With God for King
and Country - 1813". The monument stands on a hill
overlooking the green valley and is situated on the west side,
across France.
Forge Teves chain
In the district Oestrich is one of the oldest chain forging
Westphalia. It was probably built in the second half
of the 18th century. Their first entry is the forge in
probate records of the wire manufacturers Caspar Diederich share in
1815. After the restoration in 1981, "to forge Teves chain" the
still fully functional in 1983 as a monument. [30]

The main cemetery is a memorial for the victims of Iserlohn
uprising of May 17, 1849, in which 41 civilians were buried.
It was a black marble block built with the inscriptions
"champions of democracy", "1848-1849" and "The victims of Iserlohn
Revolution". On the marble block is a construction of
steel pipes.
On Poth near the station there is a monument to the victims
of National Socialism. A life-size bronze statue is
surrounded by the four branches angled swastika and "locking up"
the figure. The memorial was designed and built by
Siegfried Neuenhausen inaugurated on August 11, 1989.
Also noteworthy is the Municipal Cemetery Iserlohn, can be

Het IJzeren Kruis was in 1816 als een van de eerste monumenten ter
nagedachtenis van de gesneuvelde soldaten van de Napoleontische
Oorlogen en de Oorlog van de Bevrijding opgericht en ingehuldigd op
18 oktober 1816. Het heeft de vorm van de Pruisische Orde van
Verdienste IJzeren Kruis en is gemaakt van goedkope ijzer om de
moeilijke tijden die achter de bevolking herinneren. Het opschrift
luidt: "Met God voor Koning en Vaderland - 1813". Het monument
staat op een helling boven de groene vallei en ligt aan de
westkant, tegenover Frankrijk.
Keten te smeden Teves
In de wijk Oestrich is een van de oudste keten smeden Westfalen.
Het werd waarschijnlijk gebouwd in de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw.
Hun eerste vermelding is de smederij in successie registers van de
draad fabrikanten Caspar Diederich delen in 1815. Na de restauratie
in 1981, de nog steeds volledig functioneel "keten te smeden Teves"
werd in 1983 als monument. [30] [31]
Op de belangrijkste begraafplaats is een gedenkteken voor de
slachtoffers van Iserlohn opstand van 17 mei 1849 , waarbij 41
burgerslachtoffers werden begraven. Het was een zwart marmeren blok
gebouwd met de inscripties "de kampioenen van de democratie" ,
"1848-1849" en "De slachtoffers van Iserlohn Revolution" . Op de
marmeren blok is een constructie van stalen buizen.
Op Poth in de buurt van het stationsplein is er een monument voor
de slachtoffers van het nationaal-socialisme. Een levensgroot
bronzen beeld wordt omringd door de vier swastika takken die onder
een hoek en "opsluiten" de figuur. Het gedenkteken werd ontworpen
door Siegfried Neuenhausen gebouwd en ingehuldigd op 11 augustus
1989.
Ook opmerkelijk is de Gemeentelijke Begraafplaats Iserlohn , op het
aantal beursgenoteerde graven kan worden gezien.
