1850, 2 Kr grauschwarz, Handpapier, allseits vollrandig, entwertet mit K1 UNTERKRALOWITZ, 11/4 (1852), auf unzureichend frankiertem Faltbrief nach Pertoltice. Zur Vermeidung einer Nachtaxierung (3 Kreuzer wären für den Brief erforderlich gewesen) wurde auf dem Brief vom Absender ein handschriftlicher Vermerk in tschechischer Sprache "PORTO WIRD ÜBERWIESEN" angebracht und der Brief ohne Nachgebühren zugestellt. IN DIESER FORM WOHL EINZIGARTIGER VORGANG ZUR VERMEIDUNG EINER NACHGEBÜHR! ÷ 1850, 2 Kr grey-black, hand made paper, full margins, tied by single circle UNTERKRALOWITZ, 11/4 (1852), single franking on underpaid entire letter sent to Pertoltice. The intention to avoid postage due (3 Kreuzer would have been the correct rate for this letter) the sender placed a manuscript annotation in czech language "POSTAGE WILL BE TRANSFERRED" and the cover was delivered without any complaint. AN OBVIOUSLY UNIQUE PROCEDURE TO AVOID POSTAGE DUE FOR A LETTER!

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
