1850/1854, 9 Kreuzer blau, Maschinenpapier Type III, senkrecht gedrittelt (linkes Drittel der Marke mit der Wertziffer "9"), als portogerechte 3-Kreuzer-Frankatur auf kompletter Faltbriefhülle, allseits übergehend entwertet mit schwarzem K1 TORNA, 28/8 (Müller Nr.2945b; Ryan Nr.1648), in lateinischer Sprache adressiert an den Bischof Stefan Kollartsik in Rosenau.
Die gedrittelte Marke ist an allen drei Seiten breitrandig und frisch. Die Faltbriefhülle ist sehr sauber beschriftet. Der Brief trägt einen Ankunftstempel vom 29/8 und stammt aus dem Jahre 1857. Das improvisierte 3-Kreuzer-Porto wurde als Frankatur anerkannt und der Brief wurde von der Post anstandslos befördert!
Es handelt sich hier um den EINZIG BEKANNTEN BELEG mit einer gedrittelten 9-Kreuzer Marke.
Einer der wichtigsten Belege der klassischen Österreich-/Ungarnphilatelie.
Ein UNIKAT und gleichzeitig ein hochattraktives KABINETTSTÜCK für höchste Ansprüche!
Der Beleg, dessen sensationelle Entdeckung erstmalig im Jahr 1936 publiziert wurde, ist seitdem mehrfach in der Fachliteratur dokumentiert, u.a. Dr.A.Jerger "Allgemeine und Besondere Frankaturen", Wien 1983; weiterhin ist er in R.Rohlfs Monografie "UNGARN-HALBIERUNGEN" abgebildet und ausführlich dokumentiert.
Hier beigefügt ist ein sehr ausführliches Fotoattest Ferchenbauer, weiterhin ein Fotoattest vom Friedl Expert Committee aus dem Jahr 1960 sowie Signaturen von Grioni, Kunz u. Ing.Müller
