1858/1859, 5 Kr rot, Type II, entwertet mit Oval-Stempel PRAG KLEINS:, 22/5, zusammen mit rückseitig frankierter 12 Kreuzer Stempelmarke auf Einschreibe-Brief nach Kaunowa bei Horosedl. Die 12 Kreuzer Stempelmarke wurde als vorschriftswidrige Frankatur für das Einschreibeporto nicht anerkannt, dem Hauptpostamt vorgelegt (Kastenstempel PRAG, 22/5) und die Marke selbst mit dem Ovalstempel "K.K. POSTDIRECTION IN PRAG" entwertet und dem Empfänger mit Berechnung der 10 Kr Reko-Gebühr sowie evtl. Manipulations-Spesen zugestellt. Die obere und untere Innenklappe der Briefrückseite wurden entfernt, insgesamt gute Bedarfserhaltung. SEHR SELTENER, POSTGESCHICHTLICH HOCHINTERESSANTER BELEG! Ausführliches Fotoattest Ferchenbauer. ÷ 1858/1859, 5 Kr red, type II, tied by oval dater PRAG KLEINS:, 22/5, together with 12 Kreuzer austrian revenue-stamp on reverse, mixed franking on registered cover addressed to Kaunowa near Horosedl. The 12 Kreuzer revenue-stamp was not accepted as postage stamp, therefore the letter was brought forward to the main post office (boxed cancel PRAG, 22/5) and the revenue stamp cancelled with oval postmark "K.K. POSTDIRECTION IN PRAG". The letter was finally sent to the recipient by subsequently charging the registration fee (10 Kr) and eventually fees for improper usage. The upper and lower backflaps of the cover were removed, else fine condition with some traces of usage. VERY RARE AND HIGHLY INTERESTING POSTAL HISTORY COVER. Detailed certificate Ferchenbauer.

Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
