AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE DUES ON INTERNAL UNPAID/UNDERPAID MAIL: 1938-52 covers with a wide variety of bicolour Australia postage dues incl. unpaid group (12 covers) with 1938-39 pair with single 2d's, 1939-49 group with single 4d, 5x 1d, 2d+3d, 2x 2d + 1d, 1d+4d or two with single 5d, and 1950-52 pair with 1d + 2x 2d or 6d+1d (latter with superb large purple encircled Hobart 'T/7D') plus 1946-52 underpaid group (6 covers) incl. envelope used as wrapper for papers charges 1s-10d in Port Hedland with 1s + 2x 2d's wrapped round, boxed 1d (2)/4d/6d charges and unusual Jan 1952 envelope compulsorily reg from 'A.N.A.R.E. HEARD IS./AUST' (Antarctic) with boxed 'IRREGULARLY/POSTED' and 2d+3d x2 Dues used in Queensland. (18 covers).
