Mes envois se font principalement en bel affranchissement philatélique ...
Avant de mettre une note négative prenez le temps de discuter afin de trouver une solution à un éventuel mécontentement.
Si envoi en lettre suivi pour la France et international le remboursement est "peu significatif" en cas de perte postale !!!
La parole postale étant de droit, aucun recours n'est possible une fois le pli annoncé flashé et distribué "mis dans la boite aux lettres par le facteur " !!
Il n'y a pas de signature du destinataire en réception-
Possibilité de grouper vos achats pour l'expédition, donc de ne payer qu´une fois les frais de livraison. meme si achat sur mes 2 boutiques …
Tous mes envois sont renforcés plastiques ou cartonnages et donc dépassent souvent les 20gr ..........
