1929 POSTAL UNION CONGRESS collection of the four lower values in chiefly Control blocks/strips, generally very fine mint with many blocks/strips and most stamps never hinged. With ½d "K 29" blocks and "L 29" strip, plus a hinged mint single with watermark sideways; 1d "K 29" and "L 29" blocks and strips including "L 29" NHM block of four with "Broken wreath variety (SG Spec NCom6d), plus a used single stamp with "1829" for "1929" and closed loop on 2 (SG Spec NCom6f); 1½d "K 29" blocks/strips plus "L 29" strip; 2½d including four "K 29" blocks ( a couple with plate numbers assigned).
