1933-60 COMMEMORATIVES - SPECIALISED COLLECTION MOSTLY MINT collection of commemorative issues, featuring a good range of positional blocks showing identified varieties, some listed in SG Commonwealth catalogue, some are fly-specks, we see 1933-6 Voortrekker set, 1936 JIPEX sheets on FDCs, 1938 both Voortrekker sets, 1939 Huguenot set, then issues with varieties in blocks are 1947 Royal Visit, 1948 Royal Wedding, 1949 Settlers with "Pennant" and "Extended Rigging" flaws, 1949 UPU similar range of varieties incl. 3d Serif on "C" in used block of four, 1949 Monument range of varieties, 1952 Van Riebeeck issues incl 2d "Full Moon" and "Line through Sails" plus a range of later issues in similar multiples etc. Generally good to fine (approx 1,000 stamps + 12 covers).
