Forerunners, Queen Victoria 1882 2d blue format G without compensation table, used in 1883 with horiz. strip of 3 1881 2½d blue from the scarce plate 22, well tied by Londonderry numeral Cowall cancels (scarce!), reverse with faults and indicia cut out. Nice for display. SG 157.
