1916 (Apr. 22) Telegram Form Warrant A/12056/686 (12 words/6d) uprated to 9d, used two days before the start of the Easter Rising at the Four Courts, with faults as to be expected. These Telegram Forms were normally destroyed after a short period, but a handful was recovered from the ruins of the Four Courts.
