International Buyer I ship via Registered/insured mail on request, I do not understate declared values on customs documents only on letter. Buyer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or fees charged;

International buyer I will shipping by registered or insured mail on request, but in any case I'm not responsible for any damage or stolen, unless of Post Office refund.
Only in the case of the loss/stolen , I will refund the value insured less fees and after the receiving of the final note from the Italian Post Office Investigation, when it has been only delivered by insured mail.
