ARGENTINA. 1874. BUENOS AIRES a LIVORNO. Circulada con dos sellos italianos habilitados ESTERO, sin sello Argentino ya que la carta fue entregada directamente al Consulado Italiano y la carta fue embarcada con los sellos sin matasellar. A la llegada los sellos fueron matasellados PIROSCAFI POSTALI/ITALIANI y la carta fue tasada por insuficiente franqueo (doble porte 1,40 liras) con sellos de 40 cts. y 50 cts. (reconstruido meticulosamente de dos mitades para defraudar al correo). Franqueo excepcional, combinación única conocida y mat. único conocido sobre sellos de ESTERO. Ex. MAGNANI. Cert. E. DIENA.
