1853/1910 (ca.), accumulation of the classic issues from the imperforates to the end of monarchy with many valuable stamps incl. duplicated 1853 Queen Mary II. 5r. brown, 50r. green and 100r. lilac, 1855/56 King Pedro V. 5r. brown single and pair (one stamp cut into) with da Mota AIEP certificates (2018), King Luis I. etc. with different types and shades, some reprints and postmarks incl. numerals, later issues as 1894 Henry the Navigator (4 sets */o), 1898 Vasco da Gama (40 sets *), 1910 King Manuel II. (25 sets *) etc., mixed used and unused (mint hinged with a few MNH and some earlies without gum) in mixed condition as usual nevertheless a great lot for the specialist with an enormous cat. value – PLEASE INSPECT!

Christoph Gärtner made his hobby into his profession. He started in 1984 and within two decades the Gärtner GmbH developed into a world leading mail order house for postal stationery and became a specialist for thematics and postal history.
In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
