1904/1918 (c.)- "HEDJAZ RAILWAY": Specialized collection of hundreds of stamps and documents, from 1904 Hejaz Railway money donation receipt with stamps and documents of the eight Osman issues (1904-18), similar part of the seven British Palestine issues (E.E.F. = Egyptian Expeditionary Forces) 1918-24 , up to high denominations, specials like 1918 Hedjaz Railway stamp "A.D.P.O./3 p.t./E.E.F." along with three Hedjaz railway 'Locomotive' stamps on document, a cover from Deraa (scarce datestamp) to Ankara by Hejaz, Lebanon, Bagdad and (probably) Taurus Express railways, or scarce Beyrouth-Damas c.d.s. of Lebanon railway on pieces, and others. A second binder contains a similar collection of the British Administration in Palestine issues overprinted "O.P.D.A." (Ottoman Public Debt Admin.) 1918-24, or specials like 1923 Turkish Treasury Tax stamps depicting a steam train (11 values from 1pa. to 100pa. including the rare 5pa. orange and 40pa. yellow, plus two documents), and a third binder with some additions as stamps and documents like Palestine Court Fee stamps ("C.F./.../E.E.F."; up to high values), documents like one from the Jaffa-Jerusalem railway, and others.

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
