Rebound in blue hardcover, 108 pages.
This book was the first book edited by J.-B. Moens before he started to become the author of the 'Bibliothèque des Timbrophiles' series of publications, in addition the first book dealing with Russian philately at all. One of the rarest monographs related to Russian and European philately in general.
The former owner noted: "papier Hollande. Rarissime. Ex bibl. personelle de Moens" Bought in 1990 for CHF 1'160.

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
