Am 31. August 2024 wiederholt sich ein aerophilatelistisches Ereignis, das vor genau 100 Jahren stattfand: ein Kurierflug von La Caquerelle im Schweizer Jura nach Lausanne am Genfersee.
Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts rollt ein Novum auf die Startbahn: Flugzeuge verändern den Transport von Gütern und Personen grundlegend, so auch den Postverkehr. Die Briefmarken und Vignetten der Luftpost sind ein grosser Erfolg. Im Sommer 1924 bestaunten viele Schaulustige den Start des ersten Kurierflugs zwischen La Caquerelle (JU) und Lausanne mit einer Fracht von 20 000 Briefen und Postkarten. 100 Jahre später, am 31. August 2024, wird der Flug mit einem Fieseler-Storch-Flugzeug wiederholt und durch schöne Philatelieprodukte gewürdigt.
Der Kurierflug nach Lausanne wiederholt sich am 31. August 2024 mit einem Fieseler-Storch-Flugzeug. Wie bereits 1924 vorgesehen, startet der Flug in La Caquerelle.

Au début du XXe siècle, une nouveauté fait son apparition : les avions modifient fondamentalement le transport des marchandises et des personnes, y compris le trafic postal. Les timbres et vignettes de la poste aérienne connaissent un grand succès. À l'été 1924, de nombreux spectateurs s'émerveillent devant le départ du premier vol de courrier entre La Caquerelle (JU) et Lausanne avec un chargement de 20 000 lettres et cartes postales. 100 ans plus tard, le 31 août 2024, le vol avec un avion Fieseler Storch sera répété et honoré par de magnifiques produits philatéliques.

On August 31, 2024, an aerophilatelic event that took place exactly 100 years ago will be repeated: a courier flight from La Caquerelle in the Swiss Jura to Lausanne on Lake Geneva.

The airmail stamps and vignettes are a great success. In the summer of 1924, many onlookers marveled at the start of the first courier flight between La Caquerelle (JU) and Lausanne with a cargo of 20,000 letters and postcards. 100 years later, on August 31, 2024, the flight with a Fieseler Storch aircraft will be repeated and honored with beautiful philatelic products.
