The issued MS had the stamp section perforated and had no white uncut margins like this plate proof sheet has. Imperf plate proof from Tonga 1995 Beijing Stamp Show set. Rare item as only 10 plate proofs were done. Tonga did not issue any imperf stamps from this set, the only imperfs known are genuine plate proofs, and come from the Walsall Security Printers archives. Unlike other countries, Tonga did not print and issue imperf stamps from 1981 onwards. All stamps were perforated (or self-adhesive). Nice exhibit item.

Australia Post SMALL international registration envelope - 10.00 euros - used for smaller items and smaller covers.

Australia Post LARGE international registration envelope - 16.00 euros - used for larger items and larger covers. NOTE there is no tracking with registered letters. Tracking costs a little bit more.

On certain occasions if large total is purchased, tracking may be required and I will advise the cost - currently it is 21.00 euros

NOTE - IMPORTANT - WHEN REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY

Registration fee MUST be paid when:-
