- Most of our stamps come from collector-made collections and are hinged both used and unused. It is our policy to discount the price for unused hinged stamps. If the stamp is unhinged--unused we list the stamp as MNH. At times, stamps not listed as MNH both used and unused may have light pencil marks to indicate the catalog number as inscribed by the collector/dealer, a practice that we do not approve of, but never the less, has been wideiy used in the past. We always price our stamps according to condition.
