Condition: see scans; letter has many tears/separations along folds but all parts are attached/there--it's very fragile inside; rare postmark!

Date: postmarked University of Virginia oval postmark in red with date written in (12 April); letter dated April 3 1837

2nd scan shows one side of one page of the letter--too large and fragile to put in my scanner

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
