This is a large set of USA plate block and groups of old stamps pre-WW2 stamps in mostly New and some used condition, not hinged with but damage fro scotch tape that was wrongly used in storage. Low price for the lot.
Shipping will be registered mail to the customer's address. As shipping is high, I am selling at a low price to help the buyer.

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.
