    I'm trying to identify but can't locate in Scotts. Appreciate any clarifications.

    They are the top halves of telegraph stamps, which would have been originally affixed to the telegraph form as a receipt to the sender of the telegraph. The bottom half was detached and retained by the telegraph office which sent it.
    The two values are from the 1904 Edward VII telegraphs, the bottom part featuring the Kings Head. They are catalogued by Stanley Gibbons, and in order of your scan, 1 rupee grey, SG T60, cat value for a half stamp £8 and the 8 annas brown, SG T59, also £8 for the half stamp
