1. ORDER PLACEMENT
1 - on the site going through the check out process
We speak English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish and Mandarin

1 - Paypal at check out on the site
2 - Bank transfer - after finalizing the order the transfer details will be communicated to the client

The order will be prepared for a shipment from 24 hours to 5 business days after receiving the Paypal payment notification or Bank transfer funds
4. SHIPPING TERMS
International shipments :
All orders will be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt
Shipments within Portugal :
For the products located in Lisbon all orders of 20 or more euros will be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt
Orders below 20 euros will be sent by simple registered mail
Possibility of local handover with cash against delivery
Shipping costs will be communicated to the client on the payment request
5. RETURNS / REFUNDS
In case the product received by the client wouldn’t match the visible status of the site photos as well as the comments indicated / mentioned by the seller, the client has 7 business days from the reception of the product to communicate the situation to the seller and if necessary return the product to the seller duly packaged by tracked mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
After receiving the shipment the seller will execute the exchange and send to their costs the newshipment to the client or will refund the product value.
